Sea cadet training embraces the teaching of basic nautical skills with emphasis on the valuable attributes of discipline, smartness, good character, skills, confidence and leadership which together contribute towards all round youth development.
The main training is carried out on Sunday throughout the year on Training Ship Jawahar and other locations in south Mumbai. Training may also be carried out on Saturday afternoon and other non-school working days for events and parades. We implant knowledge, skills, values and sense of responsibility through nautical and Allied Training which includes squad drill, basic seamanship, boat pulling, signaling, first-aid, physical fitness, citizenship and recreational training.
